Overlooking the Grand Canal, between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, Palazzo Garzoni is a 15th-century masterpiece. Served by a private dock for boats and gondolas, the palace currently hosts four splendid residences, meticulously curated. The most spacious of the apartments is named Piano Nobile and boasts a surface area of 500 square meters, spread over two floors, sumptuously decorated with marble and stuccos. The first floor of the apartment is organized around a central 100-square-meter space, covered by extraordinary, frescoed ceilings, impeccably restored. The room features a fully glazed and balconied wall, overlooking, through columns and Gothic windows, the main canal of Venice's historic center. Dominating this room are three grand Meknes chandeliers, rich with hand-forged Venetian crystal flowers, leaves, and buds, decorative elements typical of Murano glassmaking tradition. The opulence of the design and the preciousness of these meticulously crafted creations perfectly match the style and luxury of the interiors. The same choice was made for other areas of the Piano Nobile, such as the study or the large dining room, furnished with a long table for sixteen, illuminated by two 18-light Meknes chandeliers. Finely crafted, too, is the Rabat chandelier, chosen for another living room in the apartment. Swirls, lace, drops echoing many classical styles, here again, tradition takes the lead, bringing Venetian crystal to its maximum decorative potential.
