Private Loft

New York, USA

Once designated for offices, the loft has been renovated and transformed into an intimate and meticulously curated apartment. The project team, Vemworks Architects, has created a captivating and distinctive atmosphere. Creativity and comfort find an intriguing point of convergence, blending seamlessly. The interior style is warm and powerful: steel, glass, and resin interact with the light from the large glass surfaces. Illuminating the dining room, which is directly connected to the kitchen, is the Maryland chandelier, crafted with black lampshades and a glossy chrome metal structure, harmonizing with the colors and finishes of the environment. The contrast between the sinuous shape of Maryland and the rationality of the architectural structure creates a harmonious and elegant effect. The arms and crystal drops in Venetian glass become a focal point, providing decorative value and a gentle touch to the space.
