The entrance environment tells a lot about a home and its style. In this villa, the architectural space is sharply defined by its circular floor plan and slightly domed ceiling. It is from this very large room that the rest of the house opens up, like a casket. Designed and made to measure by Barovier&Toso, Exagon dominates the space with a very long cascade of light and crystal. Hundreds of transparent lotus leaves, forged by hand, hover in the air, embellished with many small gold flakes. Suspended from the ceiling, Exagon dances light, creating a magical atmosphere that also enhances the other decorative elements of the interior, such as the floral motifs of the wrought iron railing.
